AIM OF THE WORKSHOP
You will learn the step-by-step process of how to put together delicious homemade, healthy cakes that are raw, vegan, gluten/wheat/dairy, and refined sugar-free.
We will cover 2 different cakes, 2 variations, and a fridge bar
We will discuss Superfoods and healthy natural sweeteners.
You will be able to sample some of the goodies during the class as well as take some home with you too.
You will receive all the recipes covered in the class to take home with you along with other useful and helpful tips.
The aim is for you to leave the workshop having learned some new skills in a relaxed environment, and excited about trying them out for yourself.
This class is perfect for absolute beginners as well as those who already enjoy baking!
This is a demonstration workshop where you get to see how the cakes and fridge bars are made and taste - it is not a hands-on one.

AIM OF THE WORKSHOP
This is a hands on interactive workshop - so please bring an apron!
All the chocolate we will be using is made frrom As Raw As chocolate and is raw, vegan, dairy, wheat, gluten, and refined sugar-free.
In the 2.5 hour workshop you will learn how to work with chocolate and make 2 sets of handmade truffles and 1 set of 12 chocolate discs- decorated with your choice of toppings.
In the 1.5 hour workshop you will learn how to make 1 set of handmade truffles and 1 set of 12 chocolate discs.- decorated with your choice of toppings.
We will discuss the Superfoods and healthy natural sweeteners that we will be using.
You will be able to sample some of the goodies during the class as well as take some home with you too.
You will receive all the recipes covered in the class to take home with you along with other useful and helpful tips.
You will package up all your goodies in home compostable packaging. to take home with you.
The aim is for you to leave the workshop having learned some new skills in a relaxed environment, and excited about trying them out for yourself.

Childrens Birthday Workshops
One and a half to two hours long. Each child will make two sets of chocolates and package them in eco-friendly packaging to take home with them.

Six children will be £210.00 (£35 per head)

As Raw As Story
Welcome, I am Emily, founder and raw chocolate maker at ‘As Raw As’. My husband and I have four children: Max, George, Tabitha, and Hector. Their health, well-being, and love of chocolate are at the very heart of why I started ‘As Raw As’. Seeing them enjoy what I have been creating using only natural ingredients, has been the most wonderful delight to me. The realisation that it is possible to provide delicious treats that not only hit the spot with their taste buds but also nourish their bodies is very satisfying. It is due to them and so many of my friends that ‘As Raw As’ came about. Everyone has been so amazingly supportive and encouraged me to turn my passion for creating raw chocolate into a business that I can share with everyone.
As Raw As’ chocolate is only made with organic and ethically traded ingredients. It is lovingly handmade in small batches to ensure the highest possible quality. All of my products made without using any refined sugar, dairy, gluten, preservatives, and additives. They are also suitable for vegans – with the coconut bliss balls being the exception. (they contain raw honey). I love to experiment with different textures and flavours and feel that I am only just at the start of an exciting journey. I look forward to sharing many more exciting nutritious and delicious products with you as they develop.
All my nuts and seeds are activated, meaning the wonderful nutrients they possess are made more easy for the body to digest and absorb. My chocolate has never been heated above 42 degrees Celsius thus keeping all its beautiful mineral properties intact to be as nutritious and delicious as possible.
