Raw Cake Workshops

Location: Rubbery Farm Barns, East Lydford, Somerton, Somerset, TA11 7HE

Duration: 10am-12.30pm

Arrival time 9.45 am for 10 am start

AIM OF THE WORKSHOP

• You will learn the step by step process of how to put together delicious homemade, healthy cakes that are raw, vegan, gluten/wheat/dairy and refined sugar free.  

• We will cover 2 different cakes, a Fridge Bar and Dairy Free Toffee

• We will discuss Superfoods and healthy natural sweeteners.

• You will be able to sample some of the goodies during the class as well as taking some home with you too.

• You will receive all the recipes covered in the class to take home with you along with other useful

  and helpful tips.

• The aim is for you to leave the workshop having learnt some new skills in a relaxed environment, excited about trying them out for yourself.

• This class is perfect for absolute beginners as well as those who already enjoy baking!

• To help get you started there will be pre-weighed bags of some of the more unusual ingredients used on the day (small extra charge for this). Please do not feel there if any obligation to buy these … they are just there is you would like them.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of your booking in order to confirm you place on the course

CANCELLATION

You may cancel up to 14 days before the start of the course in order to receive a refund, this must be given in writing or e-mail.  An administration charge of £10 will be applied. Alternatively your booking can be transferred to another person.

In the unlikely event that it should be necessary for me to cancel a course due to illness or circumstances beyond my control you will receive a full refund, or the chance of an alternative date.
